Has my order shipped?

We usually ship your order within 3~4 business days after the payment completed. The shipment confirmation email will be sent to you after the shipment. To check your order status, click the 'My Account' link at the top right side of our site to check your orders status. 

How do I change my order? 

If your order is not shipped yet, you can email us to support@shopatkorea.net and change your order. If you need an extra payment, we'll send you the PayPal invoice for the payment. In the opposite case, we'll refund the amount. 
Please note that once an order has shipped, the order is no longer editable. In that case, you should return the items after you receive it and order again. Return shipping costs may apply according to the cause of the return. (e.g., return requested due to change of mind) For more information about return, please read our return policy

How do I cancel my order?

If your order is not shipped yet, you can cancel the order. To cancel your order, please email us to support@shopatkorea.net. If your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You should return the item after you receive it. For more information about return, please read our return policy.

How do I track my order?

Click the 'My Account' link at the top right side of our site to track your order. 

What is the return policy?

Items purchased from Shop at Korea can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment. These items must be unopened and in new condition. We do NOT accept returns for items that have been used, partially lost or damaged by customers. Please review the item description carefully to make sure you want to purchase the product. If you have sensitive skin, please contact us and request for the whole ingredient list of products.

To return items, follow these instructions:
You should request for return to support@shopatkorea.net and get a Return Authorization prior to return the items. Items returned without a Return Authorization may be refused.

If the return is a result of our error, we'll pay the return shipping costs. Otherwise you should pay for the return shipping costs.

For your security, please return your items with an insured courier and retain your receipt. Shop at Korea is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please note that if the value of the goods have been damaged, we cannot refund your payment.

We will process a refund within 24 hours of receipt of the returned products. 

Note 1: Please mind that if you return a product to us, you will be the exporter from the your country.
Note 2: If you refused the parcel because of customs duty or VAT of the destination country, and the parcel would be returned to us, we'll not be able to refund original shipping cost and returning shipping cost. For more information, please see our Price and Billing page.
Note 3: ​When you want to return products you ordered using free shipping and the return is not a result of our error, you'll have to pay for the original shipping cost.

How can I check my refund status?

You can check your refund status through PayPal account. According to PayPal, if you paid with your bank account(eCheck or Instant Transfer) or PayPal balance, the money will go back to your PayPal balance. If you paid with a credit card in PayPal, the money will go back to your card. It can take up to 30 days for the refund to show up on the card statement. Refunds are in the same currency and at the same conversion rate as the original payment.
